My name is Campbell Severance and I am 9 years old and in the 4th grade. I like drawing, gymnastics and softball. I live in Destin Florida and my family travels a lot with my dad, so instead of going to a regular elementary school, My sister and I have a homeschool tutor. We live near the beach and I like to surf and swim when I can. I am very excited about going to Ethiopia but I am also a little nervous because I have never traveled that far in an airplane and I am not sure what to expect during our trip. I am going to bring my ipod, my DS, my Bible and my American Girl book. I am looking foward to maybe seeing some animals and meeting some kids my age. I think this trip is important because I want to see how other people live, and help them get clean water.
I am proud of you and love you both...we will look foward to all the many stories and experiences you will share when we are together again. God has gone before you and a hedge of protection has been gathered around you...you are covered in prayer....go and do what God has called you to do and we will be waiting for your safe return...I love you...mom
